Marinade for Swordfish
1/4
cup of olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
juice of one fresh lime
1 Tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 pounds of Fresh Swordfish, cut up into (2" x 2") pieces
Wisk all ingredients together and marinate swordfish for 30
minutes or upto 1 day.
Grill swordfish over med-high temperature of your grill, and
cook for about 5-7 minutes per side. Do not overcook it will
dry out the swordfish.
